At Crampeace, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use or wear.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at hellocrampeace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and the address for shipping back your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack your item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Crampeace cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International Returns: International customers are also responsible for any shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs or import fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will:

  1. Inspect the Item: Our team will review the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  2. Process the Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  3. Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order on our website.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items without original packaging
  • Damaged or used items not due to manufacturer defects

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email hellocrampeace@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.
  2. Replacement: We will send a replacement item or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you.
